Our philosophy is to build quality long-term relationships with our customers as well as our carriers; I have personally worked with some carriers for over fifteen years. We built and maintain many long-term associations because we become part of the carrier’s operation, viewing ourselves as the sales department for our small- to mid-sized carriers. After the sale is complete, we expect nothing less from our carriers than we do from ourselves.
